Childs Play The Butler Did It, was named after his mother following the 'Maid' theme. His call name is Butler and he is one of our most exciting young stud dog prospects. His sister was named Childs Play Maid To Order also following the 'Maid' theme started by Liz McKinney and she is owned by Liz as well. His father Chase, his grandfather Willowall Angus and his other grandfather Ben are three of the best dogs I have ever owned; you can find their pages here on my site. His dam Chloe is my outcross blood but yet has some of the old Pleasant Valley Pistol and Beacon Sam breeding several generations behind her, so I knew she would mix right in with my breeding program. Butler is the proof that she is going to make a major contribution to our small kennel. Butler has everything we breed for in a Parson Russell Terrier even at this young age. When he isn't running and playing like a puppy his trot is fluid and smooth with his topline never moving and plenty of reach and drive. He has a tiny correctly shaped chest that as he grows will never change. He has the correct shoulder placement for this breed and plenty of prosternum ensuring that his movement will be straight and true. He is, as the breed standard calls for, a moderate terrier in every way. There is nothing extreme on this young boy but yet he exhibits the best qualities of both parents. Watch for news and updates on Butler as he grows and matures. |
