Ch. Childs Play Music To My Ears a.k.a. Music is the last, but certainly not the least, of Buffy's daughters to finish her Championship. Her sire Carter was one of the nicest Parson Russell Terriers that I have seen in the AKC. He was very balanced, had loads of breed type and was on the smaller side of the breed standard for a male which is just what I was looking for. Music is very like him in looks and in temperament.

Music finished her Championship in just two months time with four (4) majors to her credit and all while being exclusively breeder owner handled in the Bred by Exhibitor Class. At the Chesapeake Dog Fanciers Association show she went BOB over the special and then Bred by Exhibitor Group 2 under Parson Russell Terrier breeder judge Ms. Christine Johnson. One of her majors was earned by going Winners Bitch at the PRTAA Specialty at the Columbia Terrier Club of Maryland under Fox Terrier breeder judge Ms. Judy Franklin. While the breeder judges have loved this young bitch, she has also won under all rounders so she has quite the resume of winning; an all around quality terrier no matter who judges her. All of this has earned her an invitation to the Eukanuba National Championship in Tampa, Florida. What an honor and she deserves every bit of it. Music is the Breed Standard in living form.

Music is one of those special terriers that come along when you are least expecting it. She has all the hallmarks so necessary to the breed; wonderful breed type, a nice handy size, fabulous lateral movement and a chest that is small and supple enough to allow her to get into any sette of any size. Music has one of the best fronts on a Parson Russell with a properly placed shoulder assembly and correctly angulated rear which is what gives her the reach and drive needed to trot all day in the field. She is the best of what her parents have to offer and we are proud to be loved and owned by her.
