CH. Childs Play Fat Lady Singin', affectionately known as Buffy, is a truly spectacular terrier to look at and to live with. She is lively and vivacious and has the personality of a clown, always wanting you to look at her, thank you. If you don't pay attention to her she will take things into her own paws by jumping into your lap, always at the expense of what you're drinking, eating or reading. She is characteristically "un-terrier like", getting along with both other bitches as well as males. Buffy is just not looking for a fight and will, in fact, walk away from one. Buffy started her show career at 6 months old with a Reserve Winners in April of 2000. By June 2000, only 5 shows later, she had finished her Championship with 3, 5-point majors, all owner handled and over much older dogs. She then retired home to finish maturing. She won every class she was entered in, and took Best of Opposite Sex or Best of Breed three times against some of the best the AKC had to offer. Even though Buffy has long since been retired from the show ring her exquisite type and wonderful qualities live on in her children. To say she has been an outstanding producer is understatement at the very least. To date she has 6 champion children (two others are major pointed) and the last one to finish, Music, has qualified her for her ROMX by being awarded Winners Bitch at the PRTAA Specialty held in conjunction with the prestigious Columbia Terrier Club Show. By Ch. Ravenswood EFB Brisco:
Buffy's last litter was whelped in early 2007. Watch for these youngsters competing in the show ring in late 2007 following in their mothers rather large paw prints. We have no doubt that they will do well both for us and for their new owners. By Chestnut Ridge Son Of A Gun
